Partner & Affiliate Disclosure

In the interest of full transparency and in accordance with EU Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices, we are required to clearly disclose any commercial arrangements that may influence the services or referrals presented to you on this platform.

1. Who Makes This Disclosure

This disclosure is made by ModulOn Solution Ltd (ΗΕ 489056), the operator of the CyPRO One Incorporations platform, registered at Annis Komninis 37, 2nd Floor, Office 6, 1061 Nicosia, Cyprus. ModulOn Solution Ltd operates this platform exclusively as a SaaS technology platform and is not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed estate agency. It does not itself provide legal advice, accountancy services, real estate agency services, or any other regulated professional service.

2. Real Estate Referral Arrangement

CyPRO One Incorporations facilitates property referrals to the following licenced estate agency:

ModulOn Solution Ltd / CyPRO One Incorporations may receive a referral fee or commission from FOX Smart Estate Agency when a client introduced through this platform proceeds with a property transaction facilitated by FOX Smart Estate Agency.

3. What This Means for You

  • No cost to you: Any referral fee paid to ModulOn Solution Ltd is paid by FOX Smart Estate Agency and is not charged to you as a client. Your transaction price is not affected by this arrangement.
  • Your freedom of choice: You are under no obligation to use FOX Smart Estate Agency. You are entirely free to engage any other licenced estate agent of your choosing in Cyprus or elsewhere.
  • No preferential advice: The existence of this referral arrangement does not influence the legal, accounting, or incorporation advice provided to you by the independent service providers listed in our Legal Notice.

4. Other Service Providers

Our legal and accounting service providers — the Law Office of Panayotis Yannakas (Cyprus Bar Assoc. Reg. No. 7942) and Agisilaos Demetriou & Co Ltd — are engaged on a direct fee-for-service basis. ModulOn Solution Ltd does not receive any undisclosed commission or benefit from those professional relationships.

5. Regulatory Framework

This disclosure is made in compliance with:

  • EU Directive 2005/29/EC — Unfair Commercial Practices Directive
  • Cyprus Consumer Protection Law (as amended)
  • Cyprus Real Estate Agents Law, Cap. 269

6. Changes to This Disclosure
