Why Move to Cyprus?
Cyprus is one of the most compelling destinations in Europe for entrepreneurs, remote workers, and families seeking a better quality of life. The combination of low corporate tax, Non-Dom tax status (0% on dividends for up to 17 years), year-round sunshine, English-friendly culture, and EU membership makes it uniquely attractive for internationally mobile individuals.
But choosing where to live, finding the right neighbourhood, and navigating the Cyprus property market from abroad can be overwhelming — especially when you're simultaneously setting up a company and managing a tax residency application. That's where CyPRO One comes in.
We bring together the business setup and the relocation under one roof, so you have one team managing both threads. You arrive in Cyprus knowing what to expect — and with the right people already introduced.

Where Do Most People Settle?
Limassol
— Business hub & seafront livingCyprus's commercial capital. Home to the majority of international companies, a thriving expat community, the best restaurant scene on the island, and a long sandy seafront. Most of our clients end up here.
Nicosia
— Capital city, central locationThe capital and geographic centre of the island. A practical base for business with government offices, the main courts, and the island's largest university. A more local, less international feel than Limassol.
Paphos
— Relaxed coastal lifestyleA smaller, quieter coastal city with a large British expat community, scenic old town, and lower property prices. Popular with retirees and remote workers. Direct flights to the UK and Europe.
Larnaca
— Airport access & affordable livingHome to the island's main international airport and increasingly popular with international arrivals looking for more affordable rents. Quieter lifestyle, growing infrastructure, easy access for frequent travellers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does CyPRO One help us find a flat or house to rent?
We don't act as an estate agent ourselves. What we do is introduce you to vetted, English-speaking agents who specialise in working with international clients — and help you prepare your search criteria so those agents can find the right options quickly. We're the bridge, not the landlord.
Which area of Cyprus should we choose?
For most of our clients setting up a business in Cyprus, Limassol is the natural choice — it's where the majority of international companies are based and has the strongest expat infrastructure. If you work remotely or are prioritising a quieter lifestyle, Paphos or Larnaca are worth considering. We'll walk you through the trade-offs based on your specific situation.
Is this service included with company formation?
Relocation support is a separate advisory service. It can be added to your company formation package or requested independently. Speak with us to understand what level of support makes sense for your move.
How far in advance should we start the relocation process?
Ideally three to six months before your planned arrival date. This gives enough lead time for property searches, school applications (if applicable), and any visa or immigration processing. That said, we've helped clients who arrived in Cyprus with very little notice — we're flexible.
Do you help with Non-Dom status and tax residency as part of relocation?
Yes. The Cyprus Non-Dom tax status is a core part of the financial case for relocating to Cyprus. We handle Non-Dom applications as part of our broader services, and we'll make sure your residency and tax position are structured correctly from day one. See our Non-Dom page for full details.
Can you help with school research for children?
We can point you to the main international and private school options in your chosen area — including curriculum type (British, American, IB) and typical waiting list lead times. We don't manage applications directly, but we make sure you know what to look for and when to act.
